Eligibility & Documents

A clear, transparent, and welcoming admissions process — we are delighted you are considering Virat Public School for your child.

Eligibility & Documents

Admission eligibility is primarily determined by the age criteria for each class as on 31 March of the academic year, alongside availability of seats. The table below lists the minimum age for each entry class. For mid-session admissions to higher classes, transfer cases (with a valid transfer certificate from the previous school) are given priority. The documents checklist that follows must be submitted along with the application form. Incomplete applications will not be processed — please ensure all documents are ready before starting the application.

Transfer Cases (Mid-Session Admissions)

For families relocating mid-session, admissions are subject to seat availability. A valid transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school is mandatory. Please contact the school office directly for such admissions — the standard online process may not apply.
